Non-Refundable Deposit : A non-refundable deposit is a standard requirement to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit amount will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo, reflecting our commitment to providing you with the highest quality artistry and service the deposit will ALWAYS be non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to keep your deposit secure and avoid any fees.

Reschedules or cancellations within 72 hours will result in a loss of your deposit. However, we encourage you to reach out if an emergency arises—we’re happy to discuss your options.

We allow one reschedule per deposit. After that, a new deposit will be required to book again.

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event of a cancellation or a "no-call, no-show," the deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding as this policy enables us to efficiently manage our appointment schedule.

Late Arrival: Punctuality is essential to maintain the flow of our studio's schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session. Please be communicative with your artist about running late to discuss options. To cover administrative costs, an additional $30 fee will be required if past the 15 minute arrival frame.

Deposit Application: The deposit you provide serves as a commitment to your appointment and will be deducted from the overall cost of your tattoo.
